Traffic builds up at the southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City on January 13. The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced that starting 6 a.m. of January 15, the southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard in front of HK Sun Plaza in Pasay City to the EDSA-Roxas Boulevard flyover will be closed for 60 days to give way for the Department of Public Works and Highways to conduct drainage works. While rerouting of traffic will be done, the closure will affect the hundreds of trucks that use Roxas Boulevard to travel to South Manila.
