Clark Banaag assumed office as a director in Bright Kindle Resources (PSE: BKR), a publicly traded company listed in Philippine Stock Exchange, on Wednesday, Dec. 15.
At 25, Banaag is one of the firm’s youngest directors. The company elected 11 directors with four new directors (two regular, and two independent directors). Banaag was elected as one of the regular directors for 2021-2022.
Banaag stressed that he will contribute his management vision to secure the company’s success.
He is currently serving as the chief risk officer and director of BenguetCorp Nickel Mines, a wholly owned subsidiary of Benguet Corporation (PSE: BC) and vice president of Arrow Freight Corporation, a logistics and warehouse company based in Valenzuela City.
In 2018, he was elected in public office as the SK chairperson of Sampaga, Batangas City where he established “Banaag Project,” a free college entrance exam review program for underprivileged youth of Batangas Province.
Banaag earned his agricultural economics degree in UP Los Banos and his Juris Doctor in UP Diliman.
