House Majority Leader and Leyte 1st District Rep. Martin Romualdez (right) was serenaded by members of famous GANAP Performing Arts Association Inc. led by Alexis Jan Patassil (fourth right) during a courtesy call and Christmas Caroling at Majority Office in the House of Representatives. GANAP won three silver diplomas at the 5th Singapore International Choral Festival, Guest artist during the birthday concert in honor of Pope Francis and also an awardee of 2019 Manuel L. Quezon Gawad Parangal for Quezon City’s Most outstanding Institution.
