Muntinlupa City Mayor Jaime Fresnedi (left) turns over a certificate of unit award to a beneficiary with DILG Assistant Regional Director Juan Jovian Ingeniero (center) at the Awarding Ceremony of housing units at Harmony Ville, Purok 3 Aplaya, Cupang last Oct. 4.
