PLDT wireless unit Smart Communications Inc. is expanding its retail accessibility with TrueMoney, the fastest growing financial technology company in Southeast Asia. Under the partnership, Smart, TNT and Sun subscribers can easily buy prepaid load, particularly Gigavideo+ 149, through the 20,000-plus TrueMoney centers all over the Philippines.
