Phinma Properties recently launched Likha residences in Muntinlupa City. Located on a 1.2-hectare site south of Metro Manila, the project consists of 68 townhouses built with three and four-storey options. Architect Angelo Manñosa, principal designer of Mañosa & Co., Inc. merged contemporary designs with the natural and eco-friendly elements of the Bahay Kubo. “My vision for LIKHA Residences is to design a home that’s accommodating, spacious, and livable for its residents,” explained Mañosa.
