The Department of Environment and Natural Resources with the help of the local government unit of General Tinio, Nueva Ecija, the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police, Rotary Club and various stakeholders plant narra and mahogany seedlings in Upper Tabuating Reservoir Irrigation Project in Bgy Nazareth, General Tinio in their effforts to save Sierra Madre. Joining DENR personnel in the tree planting activity held on August 16 was DENR Muñoz City Community Environment and Natural Resources Officer Jimmy Aberin (back, 2nd from right) of DENR-SCIS.
