Some 49 inmates at the Navotas City Jail have earned diplomas through the Alternative Learning System. “Avoid involvement in drugs and other nefarious activities. Make your time here productive and worthwhile. Learn new skills and prepare for the day you will regain your freedom. By then, you should be ready to create a new and better life for you and your family,” said Mayor Toby Tiangco.
