A man is forced to walk in the rain along Roxas Boulevard in Manila on Friday as trailer trucks fill its entire stretch, causing gridlock in the capital. The trucks were unable to enter the Manila North Harbor as strong monsoon winds forced the suspension of its operations. But the truck drivers were not told in time, leading to the massive jams even in nearby Quiapo and forcing passengers to brave the downpour and traverse the flooded streets to get home.
