SEAOIL Philippines

SEAOIL Philippines through its Batangas terminal became the first fuel provider to comply with a new government program to stop oil smuggling,  hosting the first site for the Fuel Marking program. At the fuel-marking event are  (from left) BIR Revenue Operations Group’s  Emee Macabales, Customs  Commissioner Rey Leonardo Guerrero, SEAOIL Philippines CEO Glenn Yu and   lawyer Beverly Milo of  the Large Tax Service-Excise  Department of the BIR.
