Environment Secretary Roy A. Cimatu makes a clarion call to delegates of a forum held in Davao City recently to ‘soldier on against climate change.’ Cimatu said meeting head-on climate-change related challenges through a whole-of-nation approach has spawned encouraging results as seen in the Boracay and Manila Bay rehabilitation programs of the government. Cimatu is the chairman of the Cabinet Cluster on Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation and Disaster Risk Reduction.
