Motorcycle instructor Karl Tuguib demonstrates Thursday the proper way of riding a motorcycle with a passenger and wearing reflectorized vests with side straps as safety handles for back-rider. The demonstration is part of preparations for the pilot testing of Angkas as public utility vehicle.
