The National Bureau of Investigation presents to members of the media Bryan Sy, Liezel Santos de Guzman and Edwin Roberto who are allegedly involved with the so-called ghost dialysis scandal perpetuated by WellMed Center in connivance with some PhilHealth personnel. The filing of charges was in line with the directive of President Rodrigo Duterte pursuant to Department Order No. 287 at NBI Headquarters in Manila on June 13.
