Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar (below) inspects the C5 South Link Expressway that will link C5 Road and CP Garcia Avenue to Merville, Parañaque City by going over the South Luzon Expressway. A segment will be opened next month and the entire project is expected to be completed in 2021.
