Navotas Rep. Toby Tiangco (in blue shirt) and Mayor John Rey Tiangco (white polo), together with OIC Schools Division Superintendent Meliton Zurbano and other Schools Division officials, barangay officials and school principal, led the blessing and inauguration of a four-story school building on Friday. Tangos Elementary School-Mother in Brgy. Tangos North now has an additional 12 classrooms to accommodate the growing number of enrollees this upcoming school year.
