A total of 100 electric tricycles were turned over by the Department of Energy to Manila Mayor Joseph ‘Erap’ Estrada at the city hall’s quadrangle on Friday. With Mayor Erap are DOE officers Arnel Matthew C. Garcia, Jorge Vincent R. Bitoon, Armando Bombales, and Oscar Malvar.
