Former Tourism undersecretary and resource speaker Oscar Palabyab addresses 600 students and participants during the First Students Convention organized by the Tourism Educators and Movers of the Philippines Calabarzon Chapter at the Lyceum of the Philippines in Lipa City, Batangas. Team headed by national president Robert Lim Joseph discussed the latest trends and issues in the tourism industry. Other resource speakers are former Tourism Undersecretary Alma Jimenez, Deedee Ledonio, Angel Ramos Bognot, Norelyn Baviera and Zander Kim Sigua.
