Final goodbye

Philippine Constitution Association president and former Leyte Rep. Martin Romualdez pays his last respects Thursday to former House Speaker Prospero Nograles during a wake at Cosmopolitan Chapel in Davao City. Nograles is one of the most outstanding speakers of the House of Representatives.
