Delegates of the Armed Forces of the Philippines headed by Major General Gener P. Del Rosario were joined by officers of the Philippine International Trading Corporation in their courtesy call to the Philippine Ambassador to Spain, Philippe Jones Lhuillier. The delegates flew to Madrid, Spain to procure military supplies on 14 February 2019. During the courtesy call, the Ambassador highlighted the importance of furthering cooperation between Spain and assure the Philippine government officials of the Embassy’s support and assistance. Accompanying the ambassador in receiving the 7-person delegation was Colonel Harold Anthony F. Pascua PA, who serves as the Defense and Armed Forces Attaché of the Philippine Embassy in Madrid.
