DOH-CALABARZON together with the Provincial and City Veterinary Offices of Cavite and Humane Society International conduct "OPLAN RED"—an operation to eliminate Rabies which include spaying and neutering male dogs and cats in the region as part of the National Rabies Prevention and Control Program.
