Marawi City Vice Mayor Arafat Salic is released Friday after the Department of Justice has ruled his case cannot be subject of an inquest. Salic was arrested Wednesday morning on rebellion charges, after he was included in the Office of the Martial Law Administrator Arrest Order dated Sept. 4, 2017.
