In some cases, having the right workout gear, as in performance-based activewear, helps individuals push themselves harder.

A survey conducted by an athletic apparel brand found that nine out of 10 gym-goers feel motivated to “actually go to the gym when they’re not feeling up to it” by simply putting on gym clothes. While 79 percent of the 2,000 surveyed said owning “good” gym clothes is a crucial step toward accomplishing their fitness goals.

Global fashion retailer Forever 21’s latest activewear collection promises to make it easier for women to achieve their #fitnessgoals with pieces that combine durability and comfort in a versatile way.
