Ever Bilena’s Power Paint Multipurpose Color Cream, priced at P199 each, can be used as an eye shadow or colored cream liner, as a blush, as a color corrector under concealer or foundation, or as a lip tint.

It comes in four intensely pigmented shades, namely Amber, Chiffon, Sangria, and Scarlet. The cream is blendable and sets to a smooth matte, lightweight powder finish.
