Four years after the botched police operation in Mamasapano, Maguindanao—Jan. 25, 2015—where 44 members of the Special Action Force, the Metro Manila Development Authority placed Monday 44 tricolors at the People Power Monument at Edsa in Quezon City as a memorial for the fallen heroes.
