Some 120 kilometers north of Manila is the ‘Belenismo sa Tarlac,’ an annual tradition started in 2007, to promote both the art of Belen-making and the ‘bayanihan’ spirit among the people of Tarlac, which has three languages: Ilokano, Pangasinense, and Pampango.
