President Rodrigo Duterte raises the arm of Alan Peter Cayetano during the former Foreign Affairs secretary’s birthday celebration at the Marco Polo Hotel in Davao. The President said Cayetano will do a great a job as a House Speaker as he did as Foreign secretary, once he wins his bid for the congressional seat of Taguig-Pateros.
