Habitat for Humanity Philippines Ambassador Derek Ramsay leads the launch of the Philippine Legacy Build at the Bon-bon Resettlement Project Phase III in Silay, Negros Occidental. Over 250 youth representatives of the province, the Silay government, and Katuwang community members joined Ramsay in building 86 homes for future residents of Bon-Bon as part of the country’s first ever Legacy Build. It is a series of special builds of Habitat in Asia Pacific that aims to honor the contributions of former US President Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn Carter for the last 35 years.
