A boy and his mother, among remaining informal settlers inside the Makati Catholic Cemetery in Makati City being demolished to make way for a new memorial park, enjoy free water tapped from an underground source inside the graveyard. The MWSS has ordered the Maynilad to stop passing on to the public an earlier approved water rate increase of P0.90 per cubic meter starting next month to compensate for its corporate income tax.
