Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi (center) turns over the keys to five new patrol mobiles to Muntinlupa City Police Station Acting Chief of Police Senior Supt. Gerardo Umayao and Public Order and Safety Officer Florocito Ragudo during the city’s flag raising rites on Monday. Three patrol cars are allotted to the MCPS, while POSO will receive two patrol cars.
