Former president and now House Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo was joined by former President and now Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada during the medical and legal mission in honor of the late Kabayan partylist Rep. Ciriaco “Acoy” Calalang. The medical mission benefited some 1,000 of Rep. Calalang’s neighbors and constituents in Brgy. 513 Zone 51, 4th District, Sampaloc, Manila.
