Multi-hyphenate artist and one of this generation’s style icons Margaret Zhang was in Manila recently to talk about her collaboration with The SM Store.
The 25-year-old Chinese-Australian director, photographer, stylist, and model worked behind and in front of the camera in Shanghai for SM’s FashioniSM campaign.
In the campaign, Zhang shows how her unique, sartorial style represents all facets of her life.
Her cool-girl approach to fashion is evident in the images she produced. “It’s about not taking yourself too seriously,” she said.
Zhang has built her career when she started her blog at age 16. She is now a young creative whose resume includes working with global brands such as Gucci, Dior, Uniqlo, and Louis Vuitton, and for big fashion magazines such as Vogue, L’Officiel, and Harper’s Bazaar.
She is in both Forbes Asia’s “30 Under 30” and TimeOut’s “40 Under 40” lists and was named Best Digital Influencer by ELLE magazine.
