To keep city residents safe at night, Manila Mayor Joseph ‘Erap’ Estrada leads another ceremonial switching-on of brand new LED lampposts along Augusto Francisco St., from Tejeron Street to Perlita St. in San Andres Bukid, District 5, on Tuesday. Estrada said he wants everyone to be safe during nighttime, hence the street lights. Also in photo are 5th District councilors Laris Borromeo, Boy Isip Jr., and Robert Ortega with his wife Charry.
