House Speaker Gloria Macapagal Arroyo inaugurates Thursday three dream projects in Pampanga and Bataan: Pasac-Culcul Bridge 1, Pasac-Culcul Bridge 2, and Samal Bridge. The new bridges are all part of President Rodrigo Duterte’s ‘Build, Build, Build’ program. Arroyo and Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar led the unveiling of plaques in Minalin, Pampanga. With them were Rep. Juan Pablo Bondoc (4th District, Pampanga), Pampanga Vice Governor Dennis Pineda, Minalin Mayor Edgardo Flores, Sto. Tomas Mayor John Sambo, Samal Mayor Generosa dela Fuente, DPWH Undersecretary Emil Sadain, and project director Gil Villanueva.
