Ilocos Norte Gov. Imee Marcos troops the line on Thursday during the 122nd-anniversary celebration of Pugad Lawin Shrine at Barangay Bahay Toro in Quezon City. The Cry of Pugad Lawin, alternately and originally referred to as the Cry of Balintawak, was the beginning of the Philippine Revolution against Spain.
