Higantes wearing coconut materials armed with jungle bolos were on display at an exhibit to show the products of the Municipality of Catanauan, Quezon for 12 days, from Aug. 9-20 as part of the celebration of the ’Niyogyugan Festival 2018.’ Organizers expect 60,000 visitors from other provinces during the celebrations of the 140th Birth Anniversary of the late President Manuel L.
