House Speaker Gloria Macapagal Arroyo distributed relief goods to some 500 families affected by the flooding caused by the monsoon rains (habagat) last week in her hometown of Lubao in Pampanga. She was assisted by Lubao Mayor Mylyn Pineda Cayabyab and representatives from the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
