Navotas City Mayor John Rey Tiangco, visits the families who had to take shelter at Tangos 1 Elementary School after high tide and continuous rains caused by storm-enhanced habagat flooded their homes. Tiangco also distributed financial aid and prophylaxis against leptospirosis to the affected residents.
