Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar, Manila Rep. Crystal Bagatsing, and Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada lead the ceremonial opening of newly repaired Adriatico Bridge during the inauguration ceremony on Friday, Aug. 10, 2018. Built in 1985, the bridge, which spans 10 meters and 28 meters, collapsed last January 2018 due to a parked overloaded garbage truck.
