Members of Social Watch Philippines staged a mini-play at the gates of the Philippine Senate to call on the support of legislators for the passage of a people-centered Universal Health Care. They acted the normal scenarios in the hospitals wherein people who do not have the capacity to pay are being rejected while those who can afford are being treated like VIPs.
