Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez (third from right) and Paranaque Rep. Eric Olivarez are shown with volleyball players of the Office the Mayor during the opening the 5th Inter-Department Basketball and Volleyball tournament held recently at the city’s sports complex. The tournament was held annually among city employees and officials to promote sports exchange through the Youth and Sports Development Office, spearheaded by Alex Dandan. Coach Pido Jarencio is the guest speaker during the opening of the tournament.
