Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada, assisted by City engineer Rogelio Legaspi and Manila Department of Social Welfare chief Nanet Tanyag (center), donates several pieces of construction materials to residents of Galicia Street, Barangay 401 in Sampaloc (inset), and financial assistance worth P200,000 to help them repair their homes that were damaged by a huge fire recently. A total of 70 families received P1.5 million worth of roofing sheets, lumber, and nails from the city government last Friday.
