A total of 45 dogs get their badge numbers during the commissioning ceremonies Monday led by PNP chief Oscar Albayalde, during which highly-trained PNP-certified dog handlers took their oath to look after the welfare, training and maintenance of the police service dogs assigned to them. Thirteen are Labrador Retrievers while the rest are Belgian Malinois, 34 are males and 11 are females.
