The fatalities in a vehicular accident in Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur are seen being carried by funeral personnel. Rescue workers had brought the wounded to a hospital on Sunday, June 3, 2018. At least 14 workers of the American flour miller company based in the town of Sta. Cruz, were killed, authorities said. Those killed were on board their service vehicle, a Hino UV utility van, which accidentally collided with a 10-wheeler truck as they tried to overtook another vehicle along the national highway in Barangay Astorga, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur.
