Light Rail Management Corp. president and CEO Juan Alfonso and LRMC COO Rodolfo Chansuyco (not in photo) inspect the improvement of the LRT facilities and coaches at Doroteo Jose Station in Recto, Manila yesterday. The improvement project is under the LRT’s P7.5-billion capital investment for the betterment of their coaches that resulted in the availability of 109 LRT coaches, an increase of ridership of 4 percent this year and rising daily trips of 9.7 percent.
