Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada joins Bobby Gopiao of the Philippine Bonsai Society Inc. and Chen Tsang Hsing, founder of the National Bonsai Association of Taiwan, during the 45th Philippine Bonsai Society Annual Show and Competition at Mehan Garden in Manila on Monday. Earlier, Estrada signed a Memorandum of Understanding (inset) with the Manila Police District and the Drug Abuse Resistance Education Philippines reiterating their commitment to combat the threat of illicit drug production, trafficking and use in the city. With Estrada are MPD chief Chief Supt. Joel Napoleon Coronel and DARE Phils. officers Ramon Cardenas, Tony Lopa and lawyer Donna Gasgonia.
