Leyte (1st District) Rep. Yedda Marie K. Romualdez delivers her meesage during the Inauguration of the DFA Regional Consular Office in Robinsons North, Tacloban City. Romualdez stresses that primary mission of all those in government is to serve better, because the people deserves nothing less. Romualdez is also one of the co-authors on House Bill creating the passport validity from five years to 10 years.
