Makati Mayor Abby Binay speaks before officials and personnel of six barangays under the city’s Cluster 3, who are among 3,228 beneficiaries of the city-sponsored personal accident insurance program with the Government Service Insurance System for all 33 barangays. It is funded under the Makati Peace and Order and Public Safety (POPS) Plan through the mayor’s initiative. Binay, together with Vice Mayor Monique Lagdameo and other city officials, led the distribution of GSIS Personal Accident Insurance Certificates on Monday at the Carmona Covered Court. The distribution will be done for the remaining five clusters of barangays in designated venues from April 17 to 20.
