Widus Philippines Inc. breaks ground for a $1-billion luxury integrated resort in Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga. The resort, to be called Widus Tower Four, will rise on a 20,000-square-meter property beside soon-to-open Marriott Clark and will have a total floor area of 130,000 square meters.
