Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno, MMDA Chairman Danny Lim and DILG Undersecretary for Barangay Affairs Martin Dino are on board an MMDA ferry boat Wednesday during an inspection of the Pasig River for possible construction of bridges that would help solve the traffic problem in Metro Manila.
