Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada and officials of Rotary Foundation lead the inauguration of the Hearing and Balance Center at Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital in Binondo, Manila on Thursday with hospital director Dr. Merle Sacdalan-Faustino. With this new state-of-the-art equipment and technology, more Manileños who suffer from dizziness (vertigo), unsteadiness, falls or motion intolerance and hearing loss will benefit from this new project. Estrada thanked the Rotary Foundation, which donated much for the construction of the center.
